ConsciousGrowth is building the first Digital Conscious Business Bank. Our first application is next-generation, founder-friendly business lending that helps founders to retain ownership and control of their company. Our vision is to build an entire Banking platform that promotes and rewards conscious entrepreneurship. We are currently looking for a highly motivated Head of Finance to support our growing team.

Your responsibilities

  • Overseeing all financial in/outflows of ConsciousGrowth, specifically being responsible for the handling of our debt facilities
  • Coordination of the company’s budgeting process with all departments and the company’s management team
  • Supervise cash management and forecast the liquidity planning
  • Coordination of all external advisors (i.e. tax advisors and lawyers)
  • Prepare short, mid and long-term financial and business plans
  • Close interaction with the company’s operational departments to support the company’s strategic and operational performance
  • Management of the company’s internal controlling and reporting including monitoring and analyzing KPI’s
  • Contribute to debt risk assessments
  • Support our Debt and Equity Fundraises - specifically the structuring of terms, the communication and execution of equity rounds or the setup of debt facilities

Who you are

  • You have an advanced degree in accounting, business, finance or a related field; an MBA or CPA is also highly desirable or equivalent qualification
  • Background in Structured Finance and working in debt related businesses is a big plus
  • You bring along several years of (executive) leadership and management experience (in finance) in high growth companies
  • You have excellent analytical skills, love working with numbers, use basic statistics to inform your decisions on a regular basis and have proficient knowledge with common tools
  • You have a strong digital affinity and have digitised finance processes before
  • Excellent English and German skills
  • A very structured approach to tackling problems
